Must a job advertisement on the MyCareersFuture specify Singaporeans only?

No. You should avoid specifying any nationality in your job advertisements as described in the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.

We are not adopting a “Singaporean First” or “Singaporeans Only” approach. We only require that employers consider all jobseekers, including Singaporeans, fairly.

We encourage employers to choose applicants based on merit, regardless of nationality.
