How will MOM monitor a company's job advertisements and whether they consider Singaporeans and permanent residents?

Companies are required to declare the corresponding MyCareersFuture advertisement ID before they are allowed to apply for an Employment Pass or S Pass.

Companies may face additional scrutiny if:

  • They have weak workforce profiles, including those that score poorly on COMPASS C3 (Diversity) or C4 (Support for local employment).
  • There have been repeated complaints of discriminatory (including nationality-based) hiring practices.
