Companies are required to declare the corresponding MyCareersFuture advertisement ID before they are allowed to apply for an Employment Pass or S Pass.
Companies may face additional scrutiny if:
- They have weak workforce profiles, including those that score poorly on COMPASS C3 (Diversity) or C4 (Support for local employment).
- There have been repeated complaints of discriminatory (including nationality-based) hiring practices.
