How will MOM monitor a company's job advertisements and whether they consider Singaporeans?

Companies must declare the corresponding advertisement ID before they are allowed to apply for an Employment Pass.

Companies may face additional scrutiny if:

  • Their workforce profile differs significantly from their industry peers.
  • There have been repeated complaints made against them for discriminatory practices.

If you have specific information on discriminatory HR practices in a company, you can provide your feedback to TAFEP.
