How will MOM monitor a company's job advertisements and whether they consider Singaporeans?

Companies must declare the corresponding MyCareersFuture.sg advertisement ID before they are allowed to apply for an Employment Pass.

Companies may face additional scrutiny if:

  • Their workforce profile differs significantly from their industry peers.
  • There have been repeated complaints made against them for discriminatory practices.
