Do we need to advertise on MyCareersFuture for overseas graduate trainees who don't qualify to be intra-corporate transferees but are rotated from overseas branches, subsidiaries or affiliates?

Yes, you must advertise on MyCareersFuture if:

• Your candidate does not meet the definition of an overseas intra-corporate transferee under the WTO GATS or a relevant free trade agreement.
  AND
• You do not meet the exemption requirements.

Advertising on MyCareersFuture will give you an opportunity to assess if there are other qualified Singaporean candidates with suitable competencies that can be considered for these positions.
