EntrePass - Before you apply

Documents Required

These documents and information are required for EntrePass applications:

  1. EntrePass Application Form

    1. The proposed company name and address, if the company has yet to be registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
    2. The applicant must fulfil either of these requirements and provide the required documents:

      • Be sponsored by a well-established Singapore-registered company
        The form must be endorsed with the company's stamp or seal, and signed by the applicant and an authorised officer from the sponsoring company.
      • Alternatively in the absence of a sponsor by a well-established Singapore-registered company, the applicant can furnish a Banker's Guarantee of $3,000 if the EntrePass application is approved.
        The Banker's Guarantee must be issued by a Singapore-based bank, and it must be presented at the point of issuance.
  2. Applicant’s past employment testimonials in English
  3. A business plan (not more than 10 pages) with the following:

    1. Business Idea
      A summary of the proposed business concept.
    2. Product or Service Offered
    3. Market Analysis
      The target market in terms of key customers, competition and market growth potential.
    4. Market Plan
      How the product or service will be marketed or distributed.
    5. Operation Plan
      The resources needed to run the business.
    6. Financial Projections
      The projected sales and net profit before tax for three years and breakeven point.
    7. Management team
      The key drivers of the business.
    8. Supporting documents
      Examples include licensing agreements, product certifications, endorsements etc.
  4. For companies/businesses registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority:

    1. Company’s latest business profile/instant information.
    2. A bank statement, from a Singapore-based company bank account, of at least $50,000.
  5. Photograph of the applicant (passport-sized and taken within last three months).
  6. Personal particulars page of applicant’s passport/travel document.

Other Documents Required for Married Applicants

These additional documents are required for EntrePass applicants who are married:

Applicant Document(s) required
A married applicant with a spouse who is a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or an Employment Pass holder. A copy of the official marriage certificate.
A married applicant applying for the Dependant's Pass for a spouse and/or unmarried children aged below 21 years who are foreigners. Besides the documents required for a Dependant’s Pass application, the applicant must fulfill either of these requirements and provide the required documents:
 
  • The application must be sponsored by a well-established Singapore-registered company. The form must be endorsed with the company's stamp or seal and signed by both the applicant as well as an authorised officer from the sponsoring company. For children aged below 16 years, one of the parents is required to sign on their behalf; OR
  • In the absence of a sponsor by a well-established Singapore-registered company, the applicant must furnish a Banker's Guarantee of $3,000 for each Dependant’s Pass applicant.The Banker's Guarantee must be issued by a Singapore-based bank, and it must be presented at the point of issuance.

Note: Dependant's Pass applications should be submitted together with the EntrePass application to facilitate processing.
