As an owner, you need to get prior approval from MOM before carrying out any repair or modification work on a Pressure Vessel.
You can request for approval by logging in to WSH eservice as a business user and follow these steps:
- Upon logging in, perform a search for the Pressure Vessel that is to be repaired or modified.
- Select “Repair” in the “Action” column.
- Fill up the form and attach all relevant supporting documents.
- Submit the request. You will receive an acknowledgement email immediately upon submission of your request.
You will receive an email informing you of the outcome after MOM reviews your request.
You may add multiple Pressure Vessels in the same application if the repair or modification works are similar or if they belong to the same plant.
