What services does PCP cover
PCP covers your eligible workers for primary care services such as:
- One statutory medical examination for work pass application or renewal.
- Unlimited consultations for acute conditions such as flu and fever, and chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.
- One annual basic health screening for at-risk workers.
- Telemedicine and medication delivery.
- Scheduled transportation to and from dormitories and MOM medical centres. This would be prioritised for workers who are reporting sick at MOM medical centres, and excludes routine specialist appointments.
- Ambulance or special transport services to other medical facilities (e.g. emergency department), if necessary.

How to see a doctor under PCP
Eligible workers can seek medical attention via telemedicine or at medical centres.

By visiting a medical centre

To see a doctor at a medical centre, your worker needs to do the following:
- Make an appointment by calling the appointment hotline of a medical centre under their Anchor Operator.
- Take the arranged transport to the medical centre. If the worker is staying in a dormitory, the Anchor Operator will arrange for transport to take them from the dormitory to the medical centre and back.
Note: Masks need to be worn at medical centres or GP clinics.
