In order to use the online Self-Assessment Tool ("SAT") – Eligibility for an Employment Agency (EA) Licence, you must agree to these terms & conditions. The SAT does not constitute you obtaining or renewing an EA Licence. You will have to submit an online application through Online Business Licensing Service (OBLS) to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to assess your eligibility for an EA Licence.
1. The online Self-Assessment Tool ("SAT") is a free service and may only be used to provide current and prospective companies intending to operate an EA in Singapore with a preliminary indication of the likelihood of obtaining or renewing an EA Licence.
2. The SAT is not an actual application for an EA Licence, neither is it a pre-requisite of obtaining or renewing an EA Licence. No fees, in any form or by any name whatsoever, may be charged or collected from third parties relating to the use of the SAT on their behalf.
3. All intellectual property contained in the SAT shall belong solely to the Government of the Republic of Singapore ("Government"). The SAT and any derivative works therefrom may not be modified, translated, copied, distributed or redistributed.
4. The SAT may only be used in a manner that complies with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, including but not limited to, applicable restrictions concerning copyright and other intellectual property.
5. The Government shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any modification, interruption, inaccuracy, suspension or discontinuance of the SAT. For the avoidance of doubt, the Government shall not be liable for any opportunity cost, loss of profits, goodwill or any other loss arising out of or resulting from the use or the inability to use the SAT.
