CEI Training Providers
The CEI (Basic) and CEI (KAH) courses are conducted by Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd, Grace Management & Consultancy Services Pte Ltd and Singapore Polytechnic. EA personnel may choose any of the course provider, and should register yourself with them directly.
EA(s) who attend CEI Course will qualify for the Skills Development Fund (SDF). For more details of the subsidy, please approach the training providers.

CEI Test Administrator
The CEI Test Administrator for the CEI (Basic) and CEI (KAH) is the NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd. EA personnel sitting for the test should register directly with the Test Administrator.
You can choose to take the test without attending the course. However, should you fail the test, you will be required to attend the course before taking the re-test. If you have already attended the CEI course but failed the test, you may take the re-test without having to re-attend the CEI course. There is no limit to the number of re-test attempts you can take.
