  • Research & Statistics, Policy & Planning
    Employ your analytical skills and play a part in gathering statistical information on the employment scene which helps the government in shaping manpower policies and programmes and facilitate decision making of employers, workers and job seekers. Review, formulate and implement policies that will contribute to a robust labour market in Singapore through the policy and planning functions across areas such as income security, manpower planning, workplace and occupational safety & health - all of which support Singapore's transition to a New Economy.
  • Finance & Admin Case Processing
    Leverage on your project management, organisation and process skills to help us manage our finances, facilities, information and know-how, and bring about smooth implementation of our policies and programmes to our clients and business partners and associates.
  • Human Resources, Conciliation & Mediation, Frontline Customer Service
    Join us in attracting, developing and retaining the best to help achieve MOM's business objectives. Employ your interpersonal skills in the areas of conciliation and mediation or take up the challenge to enhance our service delivery capability.
  • Marketing Communications & Public Education, Business Development
    Plan and manage corporate and marketing communications programmes to support the Ministry's efforts in enabling lifelong employability, and building a globally competitive workforce and great workplaces for all Singaporeans. This area of work integrates a wide range of activities to establish the Ministry as a national leader in enhancing the potential of Singapore's human capital by engaging its varied audiences via media relations, publications, events, and marketing communications.
  • Regulatory Enforcement (Generic & Specialist)
    Be in the thick of the action and be a part of the team that seeks to foster effective management of foreign manpower through case management in partnership with other enforcement agencies and the business community.
