How to notify
To notify MOM:
- Log in to submit work notification.
- Submit the required documents:
- Plan of work for removal of asbestos
- Asbestos survey result
To update notification after asbestos-removal work is completed:
- Log in to retrieve work notification.
- Submit the required documents:
- Asbestos waste disposal certificate
- Log in to submit air monitoring report.
