Assign CorpPass with WSH eServicesShow
If you’re using CorpPass, your Corppass admin or sub-admin must assign access to WSH eService to your Corppass account:
- Log in to Corppass.
- Go to the eService Access tab.
- Choose WSH eServices as one of your company’s eServices.
- Assign WSH eServices to your Corppass account.
Apply for Corppass if you don’t have one.
You need the following:
- Workplace number.
- Name and organisation of the toxic substances monitoring officer who did the monitoring.
- Soft copies of the toxic substances monitoring report and workplace layout map with sampling points indicated (in PDF or JPG format, less than 2MB in file size).
- Soft copy of completed toxic substance monitoring excel file for upload of monitoring data. Download the template.
How to submit
You can submit the report online:
- Log in to WSH eService and fill up the report.
- Upload your data using the completed toxic substances monitoring report excel template for faster transcription of data.
- Review the transcribed data.
- Upload these documents:
- Toxic substances monitoring report
- Workplace layout map with sampling points marked
- Submit the report.
- Print or save a copy of the acknowledge of report submission for your records.
Save your work frequently. You can retrieve a saved draft submission and work on it later.
