Documents required for Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass
Required documents
All Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass applications need to include a passport page, including any amendments.
If the candidate's name in their passport is different from their name in other documents, you also need to upload:
- An explanation letter
- Supporting documents, such as a deed poll

Current or last held employment in Singapore Show
You will need to submit the following documents
- Monthly payslips for the 12 consecutive months leading up to the date of application
- Most recent Notice of Assessment from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore
- If you have not received your Notice of Assessment (NOA) from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), you may provide the latest Income Tax Return filed with IRAS instead, i.e. Form B1.
- Documents supporting other income sources other than fixed monthly salary (if applicable)
Current or last held employment overseas Show
You will need to submit the following documents:
- Monthly payslips for the 12 consecutive months leading up to the date of application
- Employment verification proof from a background screening company
- Documents supporting other income sources other than fixed monthly salary (if applicable)
- Latest financial information of the candidate’s employer obtained within the last 3 months. This includes documents indicating the latest market capitalisation or annual company revenue. You may get this information from any of the following sources:
If this information is not available, you may provide the company’s latest audited Profit & Loss statements instead. MOM will only consider documents from third party auditors. Documents signed by the company’s management staff will not be accepted.
Prospective employment in SingaporeShow
You will need to submit the following documents:
- Signed employment contract with a Singapore organisation or a letter of offer from a prospective employer in Singapore.
- Latest financial information of the candidate’s prospective employer obtained within the last 3 months. This includes documents indicating the latest market capitalisation or annual company revenue. You may get this information from any of the following sources:
If this information is not available, you may provide the company’s latest audited Profit & Loss statements instead. MOM will only consider documents from third party auditors. Documents signed by the company’s management staff will not be accepted.
Outstanding AchievementsShow
You will need to submit the following documents.
- Payslips from the latest month
- Documents supporting other income sources other than fixed monthly fixed salary (if applicable)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) highlighting key achievements
Candidates applying under the academia and research track should also include:
- A CV, which lists significant publications, patents and technology disclosures achieved in the past 5 years.
- A recommendation letter or endorsement letter, or a document for a potential position by a local host institution. Examples of local host institutions include Autonomous Universities or A*STAR.
