To ask the Minister for Manpower since the implementation of the Work Injury Compensation Act in 2019, what is the median time taken for the validity of a compensation claim to be determined.

Answer:

1. The median time taken for designated Work Injury Compensation (WIC) insurers to process a WIC claim is about six months. The processing time varies depending on the complexity of the case.
