Customer survey on MOM and TAL services - February 2024 to June 2026

MOM has appointed Forbes Research Pte Ltd to conduct customer surveys on MOM’s and TAL’s processes and services.

To help MOM and TAL make service improvements based on our customers’ experience, we have appointed Forbes Research Pte Ltd, an independent market research company, to conduct customer surveys.

Your feedback is valuable to us. If you are selected and choose to take part in this survey, MOM may use your contact details to find out more about your case or invite you to participate in user interview to gain further insights into your feedback. However, you may choose to keep your responses confidential and remain anonymous. We will not ask respondents to provide personal identifiers (e.g., name, NRIC) and sensitive information (e.g., bank account passwords, Singpass details) in this survey.
