The Ministry of Manpower is revamping the Maternity & Childcare Leave eGuide (eMCL) and Salary Calculator. We would like to ask for your valuable feedback by participating in our survey.
The eMCL is a tool to check entitlement to Maternity Leave under the enhanced Marriage & Parenthood (M&P) Package and the Salary eCalculator is used to calculate payments e.g. salary, overtime, paid sick leave, etc. in accordance with the formulae prescribed in the Employment Act.
The survey will take about fifteen minutes of your time.
Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Individuals will not be identified in their responses. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group.
