Changes to In-Principle Approval Letters

From 4 February 2013, the In-Principle Approval (IPA) letters for Employment Pass, S Pass, Training Employment Pass, Dependant's Pass, as well as Long-Term Visit Pass will carry new features. This is to make our communications clearer and more transparent.
The key changes are:
- New letter design that is clearer and easier to understand.
- Separate IPA letters for employers/sponsors and their pass holders. Employers/sponsors must forward the pass holder’s copy of the IPA to the pass holder.
