After successful payment of the fees, please proceed to print the notification letter online. This notification letter will:

  • State whether the foreigner is required to proceed to the Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC) for registration of his/her fingerprint and photo-image.
  • Serve as an evidence that the foreigner can continue to stay in Singapore during the validity period of the notification letter pending card collection.
  • Be retained and produced by the foreigner, together with his/her travel document, at the immigration checkpoint if he/she needs to leave and enter Singapore subsequently before the card is collected.

Registration at Employment Pass Services Centre

After printing the notification letter, please make an e-appointment for the foreigner’s registration of his/her fingerprint and photo-image at Employment Pass Services Centre. The foreigner must bring along the notification letter and the documents stated in the letter when reporting to Employment Pass Services Centre for documents verification.

Collection of Long Term Pass (LTP) Card at the Employment Pass Services Centre

The card in the form of a Long Term Pass can be collected directly at the card collection lobby at Employment Pass Services Centre four working days after the foreigner has registered for his/her fingerprint and photo-image. There is no need to make an e-appointment for card collection.

Exceptions: For renewal cases whereby the foreigner is not required to register his/her fingerprint and photo-image, an e-appointment must be made before visiting Employment Pass Services Centre for document verification and card collection.

If a representative is coming on the foreigner’s behalf, a letter of authorisation, indicating both the foreigner and the representative particulars and signed off by the sponsoring company is required. Alternatively, please download the Authorisation Form for Card Collection.
