For Sectoral PWs, the Tripartite Clusters typically recommend a multi-year wage schedule to allow greater certainty to the industry.
Existing Sectoral PWMs for sectors such as cleaning, security, landscape maintenance, and waste management have a 6-year wage schedule until 2028 or 2029, and the wage requirements will be reviewed from 2025.
For Occupational PWs, the National Wages Council (NWC) has set the wage schedule up to 2026 and will review these requirements from 2025.
Training requirements for the Sectoral PWs and Occupational PWs will also be regularly reviewed by the Tripartite Clusters and the NWC.
