How will MOM collect information on the salaries, occupations and working hours of my local workers?

Today, employers declare the salaries of local workers to the CPF Board when they make the required CPF contributions. As part of maintaining labour market statistics, employers are also required to provide their Occupational Employment Dataset (OED) (which include occupation, hours worked) on a regular basis to MOM.

This data on wages, occupations and hours worked will be used to determine if firms have met the Progressive Wages (PWs) and Local Qualifying Salary (LQS) requirements and the firms’ work pass eligibility.
