The course provider will provide the list of new audiometric technicians to MOM. Once the list is uploaded, you can provide us with the following updated information of the audiometric technicians.
If they received their professional qualifications from overseas institutions, please also provide:
- The outline of the topics covered in their training.
- Their curriculum vitae including any additional qualifications and/or experience in industrial or occupational settings.
You can also inform us to have their practice information removed if they have left the company. In the request, under Category, please choose “Workplace safety and health”.
