What must be included in an employment agency's (EA) service agreement with a migrant domestic worker's (MDW) employer?

The service agreement is a contract that states the EA's terms and conditions, such as replacements, fee refunds, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

EAs must sign a written service agreement with employers of MDWs. This helps both parties clarify their obligations and reduces the likelihood of disputes.

EAs and MDW employers can use the recommended service agreement, which includes the terms and conditions based on the requirements of the Employment Agency Comprehensive Licence Condition 16.
