Halls A & B

Operating hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
• Closed on weekends and public holidays

Services Provided:

Consultation on:

• Salary arrears and other employment related issues
• Foreign manpower management related issues
• Occupational safety & health related issues
• Work injury compensation matters

Customers with appointments are required to bring along their appointment letters and identity card (NRIC or work pass) for registration at the registration kiosks in Hall A. Customers without appointments may have to wait to be attended to (queue tickets will be issued until 4.30pm).

Customers are encouraged to visit our website, or ask your questions at Ask MOM for general or simple enquiries.

Hall C

Operating hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8.00am to 6.00pm
• Tuesday, Thursday: 8.00am to 7.30pm
• Closed on weekends and public holidays

Services Provided:

• Work Pass Card Registration
• Interview for replacement of lost card

Customers will need to make appointments before visiting Hall C.
