To help us serve you better, please prepare the following information before calling us:
- Worker's FIN or Work Permit Number and/or;
- Worker's full name and/or;
- Date of application (for checking of application status)
Due to high volume of calls and emails, the MOM Contact Centre may not be able to respond to calls and emails immediately. For general enquiries, please visit our website at www.mom.gov.sg or to make use of our eServices.
Please access the EPOL or WPOL eService on the MOM website to check the status and validity of your Work Pass application. Our customer service officers will not be able to assist you on such matters. Thank you.
