Labour Market Highlights

The Labour Market Highlights, jointly published by the Ministry of Manpower and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, is an annual labour market guide, compiling executive and non-executive jobs that are expected to be in demand across various industries.

To help job seekers make informed career choices, the guide highlights prospective industries’ employment outlook as well as wage range, relevant qualifications as well as training pathways available for each in-demand job. This year, we have added information such as relevant skills and abilities to better serve the needs of jobseekers. Information on available government schemes for training is also provided.
