Require (i) SingPass and (ii) claims reference number or the injured person’s ID (NRIC, FIN or passport number) and the date of accident for this enquiry.
For Employer, Insurer and Legal representative
Same as above. You can also check on all claims associated with your company. To do so, you need your company’s UEN and to be
registered as “eService User” by your company.
Steps to register as a eService User:
1) Appoint and register an eService Administrator. To do so, click

2) The eService Administrator to assign the eService users. To assign eService users, click
here.
Note: eService Administrator can appoint himself as the eService user.
