Am I eligible for paternity leave if my child was stillborn?

Yes, you are eligible for 2 weeks of paternity leave if you meet the eligibility criteria and have a Notification of a Stillbirth certified by a medical practitioner or a registered midwife, or a stillbirth certificate issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority. The additional 2 weeks of paternity leave, subjected to the employer’s agreement, will not apply to fathers of a stillborn child.
