What do I need to log in?Show
From 2 June 2025, you need to log in using your Singpass to view your own WSH training records.

What can I do with this eService?Show
This allows employers to verify the authenticity of MOM-recognised WSH certifications online. The system only captures WSH training records completed from 2017 onwards. You can view an individual’s WSH training records online to check if they have met their training requirements.
You can check if an individual has attended the following courses:
- Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) or Supervise Construction Work for WSH
- Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) or Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites
- Basic Industrial Safety and Health Course (BISH) or Supervise Manufacturing Work for WSH
- Safety Orientation Course (Metalworking) (MSOC) or Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Metal Work
- Shipyard Supervisors Safety Course (SSSC) or Supervise Marine Work for WSH
- Shipyard Safety Instruction Course (General Trade) (SSIC) or Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Shipyard (General Trade)
For CSOC, MSOC and SSIC GT, you can check if they will be issued with certificates valid for 2 or 4 years based on their period of employment in Singapore.
I cannot find the person's WSH training records. What should I do?Show
If any WSH training record cannot be found, please check with the respective training providers.

Where can I access non-WSH training records?Show
For non-WSH training under SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) ’s WSQ system, individuals may access their training records and download their certificates at MySkillsFuture portal, through the Careers and Skills Passport and Download Certificates eServices.

For training under SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)’s WSQ system, individuals may access their training records and download their certificates at MySkillsFuture portal, through the Careers and Skills Passport and Download Certificates eServices. They may also approach the respective training providers that conduct the courses.
