Reminder: Deepavali This Year Falls on Saturday 17 October 2009
The Ministry would like to remind the public that Deepavali this year will fall on Saturday 17 October 2009 instead of Sunday 15 November 2009. Saturday 17 Oct 2009 has been gazetted as a public holiday while Sunday 15 November 2009 and Monday 16 November 2009 are no longer public holidays.
