Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of primary healthcare services to migrant workers in Singapore

Business entities, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and consortiums are invited to participate via GeBIZ.

Provision of Primary Healthcare Services to Migrant Workers in Singapore for a Period of Three (3) Years With an Option to Extend by Up to Two (2) Years (MOMHQ0ETT21000008)

We are inviting business entities, NGOs and consortiums to submit proposals via GeBIZ to deliver a “Hub-and-Spoke” model of integrated primary care attuned to the needs of MWs, which will help reduce the risks of future outbreaks through active public health surveillance.

This integrated primary care ecosystem will complement existing healthcare services to further enhance the accessibility of care for MWs. There will be six geographical sectors and each sector will be operated by an Anchor Operator (AO) to leverage shared services and reap economies of scale.

The RFP seeks to award proposers with the best value proposals as AOs to deliver care in a culturally appropriate manner.

Eligibility

This RFP is open to any business entities, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and consortiums.

The detailed requirements can be found in the RFP document on Gebiz.

All documents must be submitted via GeBIZ in order to be considered for this RFP.
