Customer survey on MOM and TAL services - August 2020 to December 2022

MOM has appointed Blackbox Research Pte Ltd to conduct customer surveys on MOM’s and TAL’s processes and services.

To help MOM and TAL make service improvements based on our customers’ experience, we have appointed Blackbox Research Pte Ltd, an independent market research company, to conduct customer surveys.

Your feedback is valuable to us. If you are selected to take part in this survey, please be assured that all responses will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of improving customer experience.

The information will be analysed at the aggregate level, and no individual person or organisation will be identified in the survey findings. We will not ask respondents to provide personal identifiers (e.g. NRIC) and sensitive information (e.g. bank account passwords, SingPass) in this survey.
