Service announcement - Update

We have resolved the technical difficulties for the following services:

  1. Contact Centre and QSM hotlines (6438-5122 and 1800 538-6930)
    As operating hours today have ended at 5.30pm, customers who need to call us can do so tomorrow from 8.30am. However, as we expect a surge in call demand, some customers may not be able to get through to us. For simple enquiries and general information, customers may find it faster and more convenient to search for the answers on the MOM website. Alternatively, you can write to us using the online feedback service.
  2. MOM e-services involving eNETS options
    All MOM e-services involving eNETS payment options are now accessible. As there may be a surge in the number of users trying to access the system tomorrow, some users may experience "slowness" in the system response time, especially in the morning.
