At the annual MOM Workplan Seminar, Manpower Minister Gan Kim Yong mapped out the three key strategic thrusts of the ministry for the year ahead: "Productive Workforce, Progressive Workplace, Inclusive Growth". He also thanked our tripartite partners for making MOM's achievements in the past year possible, and urged all not to rest on our laurels but to build on the strong tripartite foundation to raise productivity and achieve inclusive growth for all.
