Can I hire an FDW who is over 50?

Applying for new Work Permit for Malaysian FDW who is aged 58 or younger You can apply for her Work Permit.
Applying for new Work Permit for non-Malaysian FDW who is over the age of 50

You should get approval from MOM before you apply. To request for approval:

  1. Prepare a letter of explanation.
  2. Prepare proof that the FDW has worked for you.
  3. Submit the letter and proof using iSubmit. Under Request Type choose option 5.
