Why is my fully vaccinated worker/helper unable to receive their pass even after visiting the clinic to update their vaccination records?

To get your worker or helper’s pass issued, you need to ensure that their full vaccination records are linked to their Foreign Identification Number (FIN) in the National Immunisation Registry (NIR).

It takes at least 3 days for their vaccination records to be updated in the NIR. After 3 days, you can use the HealthHub app to check the vaccination records linked to their FIN. 

If the full vaccination records are not reflected under their FIN: 

  1. Contact the clinic to check if they have updated the vaccination records in the NIR.
  2. Ask the clinic for a screenshot that shows their full vaccination records have been updated in the NIR.
  3. Submit the screenshot to us using the online form for your worker or helper.
