What does it mean to be 'fully vaccinated’?

Definition of fully vaccinated

To be considered fully vaccinated in Singapore, foreigners need to meet the minimum protection criteria set by Ministry of Health (MOH).

They need to have completed their primary series vaccination and taken a booster dose within 270 days from the last primary vaccination dose.

The required number of doses will vary depending on the vaccine taken:

Foreigners are allowed to take different types of WHO EUL vaccines. If the foreigner’s primary vaccine consists of at least 1 dose of Sinovac or Sinopharm, they need to complete 3 primary doses and 1 booster dose.
