Why is MOM not taking any action to claim for permant incapacity when my injured employee has exceeded 14 days of medical leave?

We are leaving it to you, your insurer and your injured employee to amicably settle your employee's compensation for medical wages and medical expenses.

We will only act when informed that your employee has sustained permanent incapacity or your employee wishes to claim compensation for permanent incapacity.

A claim for permanent incapacity compensation is not tied to the number of medical leave granted, but to the severity of injury.
