What should I do if my employee did not turn up for work for several days and has not contacted us?

If your employee has breached their contract, you can terminate their employment without notice.

If your employee is absent from work continuously for more than 2 working days, you can terminate:

  • Without approval.
  • Without informing and attempting to inform you of the reason.
