How to Apply

Follow the steps below to register or notify your factory. 

Factory Registration / Notification (Steps 1 - 4)

Step 1: Access Online Business Licensing Service

i) Access Online Business Licensing Service and click on [Apply New] tab.

Step 2: Select Factory Notification and Registration

• Click on [Government Agencies] tab.
• Select Ministry of Manpower.
• Click on the check-box beside Factory Notification and Registration.
• Click [Next] button to proceed to the Confirm License Selection.
• Verify that the license application is correct and click [Proceed] button.

Step 3: Enter Applicant and Organisation Detail

• Select the following options to declare your position in the application
• Enter the organisation UEN number or non-ACRA registered organisation number.
• Click [Proceed] button.
• Note the list of documents required for application submission and click [Proceed] button.
• Enter your SingPass details to proceed.

Step 4: Verify and Declare Application

• After you have successfully login using your SingPass, verify that your personal particulars are correct.
• Click on [Proceed] button to continue with your application.
• You will be directed to the declaration page depending on your role selection earlier.
• Refer to the appropriate section based on your role.

Declaration by member of a Professional Firm (Director, Business Owner)
Applying on behalf of your client, you will be shown the screen below. You will need to select your Professional No. of your firm from the drop-down selection list.


Declaration by Professional Firm or 3rd Party Filer 

• Applying on behalf of your client, you will be shown the declaration below.
• Click on the check-box to accept the declaration.
• Click on [Agree] button to proceed with the application.
