Add Scope to Existing Competent Person Certificate

Renew certificate

Your Competent Person Certificate must be renewed online. Renewals will only be processed upon submission of required documents and payment. As renewal certificate will not be issued on the spot, applicants are advised to submit their renewal at least 14 working days before the expiry of the current certificate.

Procedures

For Crane Operator renewal, bring along your application, supporting document and payment and proceed to:

• Monday to Friday:
  9.00am – 12.00pm or
  2.00pm – 4.00pm
• Eve of Public Holiday:
  9.00am to 12.00pm only
• Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday 
  Closed

Special conditions

Applicants for Authorised Examiner and Crane Operator Certificates need to submit medical report from registered local medical practitioners if they are 60 years and above or so required by the Commissioner for Workplace Safety and Health.
