Special conditions

Crane Erectors and Accredited Training Provider Trainers who conduct practical courses need to submit medical reports from registered medical practitioners if they are 60 years and above or so required by the Commissioner for Workplace Safety and Health.

Add Competent Organisation scope or approved personnel

For Singapore-registered companies:

You may add to your Competent Organisation's scope (applicable to approved crane contractors only) and approved personnel (applicable to all competent organisations) online.

For new WHS Auditor application, a copy of the auditor application form, signed by the applicant in addition to the other supporting documents, is required.
