Pay Fines and Bills
Once the payment is successful, you will receive an online acknowledgment from the Ministry. There are no fees for using the e-payment service. If you have questions regarding e-Payment, please call us at 6438 5122 for clarifications.
Please ensure the following before you make online payments:
- SingPass is required to access the portal. Please apply for a SingPass online if you do not have one.
- If you have turned on the pop-up blocker for your web browser, please go to “Tools” / “Pop-up Blocker” / “Pop-up Blocker settings” and add the following URLs under the “Address of Web site to allow” field:

Bill reference number
For purchase of documents, once your request is approved, you will be informed of the bill reference number for you to make payment.
For payment of work injury compensation monies, you will be informed of the bill reference number in the Notice of Assessment that Ministry of Manpower issues to relevant parties involved in the claim.

Troubleshooting transactions
If you have made your payment but the bank has failed to process the transaction, you are advised to check with your transacting bank on the reasons for the failed transaction. After you have resolved the issue with the bank, try making
payment again using the same bill reference number.
