Submit a register of workers exposed to a hazard

Companies are required to submit details of employees exposed to occupational hazards, except for excessive noise and work in a compressed air environment.

Requirements

You will need the following:

  • Your ID and SingPass.
  • Workplace number, workplace name and address of the employer.
  • Completed register of workers.
  • Copies of lab results or x-rays for the workers listed in the register.

How to submit

You can submit the report online:

  1. Log in to the eService to submit the register of workers.
  2. Fill out the worker and test information.
  3. Print or save a copy of the register of workers for your records. You are required to keep these records for at least 5 years.

Save your work frequently. You can retrieve a saved draft submission and work on it later.
