Submit a noise monitoring report

Companies with workers likely to be exposed to excessive noise are required to monitor and report their noise levels for both personal and area monitoring.

If you are a company representative, your company needs to authorise you as an eService user before you can submit the report.


You will need the following:

  • (For company representatives) CorpPass. Apply for CorpPass if you don’t have one.
  • (For authorised users) SingPass.
  • Workplace number.
  • Name and organisation of the competent person who did the monitoring.
  • Soft copies of the completed Noise Monitoring Report Form and Noise Map (in PDF or JPEG format, under 5MB in size).

How to submit

You can submit the report online:

  1. Log in to the eService to fill up the report.
  2. Attach the Noise Monitoring Report.
  3. Print or save a copy of the report for your records. You are required to keep these records for at least 10 years.
