National Human Resource Capability

Workplace practices such as work-life balance, flexible work arrangements and fair employment have progressed over the years in Singapore. Human resource (HR) practitioners have also become more competent in addressing people management issues within their organisations.

MOM has launched a new suite of initiatives to

  1. Facilitate the further adoption of progressive human capital practices. This will help organisations in Singapore develop talent and leadership capabilities, which will contribute to stronger organisational outcomes
  2. Develop the human capital profession and the HR services industry in Singapore, to create more attractive careers and economic value-add
  3. Strengthen Singapore’s position as a leading human capital centre in Asia to attract more investments and talent
