You can find out about industry and manpower trends as well as occupational-related information such as skills needed, employment conditions and wages. In addition, the Career Compass provides you with links to job preparation and career planning tools, as well as to websites on government assistance programmes to help you prepare for your chosen career.
Career Compass is a collaborative effort between MOM and various government agencies to furnish students with comprehensive and forward-looking information on careers and skills in demand.
