We have introduced two new mobile services for the convenience of our customers.

1) Using SMS to check on Work Permit details:

You can check the following using our SMS service:

– Work Permit card's validity status;

– Work Permit application status;

– Work Permit cancellation date; and

– Work Permit holder's last medical date.

This service is useful for landlords who wish to check the status or validity of their potential tenants' Work Permits. Business employers or employers of foreign domestic workers can also check the application status and cancellation dates of their workers' permits.

2) e-Notification of Work Permit applications made via Work Permit Online (WPOL).

You can choose to be notified via email or SMS the outcome of your Work Permit application submitted through WPOL.

After submitting your application and paying the application fee, provide your email address or mobile number in the option box that will appear. You will receive a notification via your preferred choice once your application has been approved or rejected. This service is useful if you wish to know the outcome of your application promptly.
