The pass is for foreigners doing practical training attachments for professional, executive or specialist jobs in Singapore
Applications can be made either:- Online; or- Manually.

For approved applications, the pass can be collected at the Ministry of Manpower Building.
The pass is strictly non-renewable, and should be cancelled upon completion of the training attachment.
