WP Online for Employers of Foreign Domestic Workers is a one-stop portal for the individuals to perform Work Permit transactions (Application, Issuance, Renewal and Cancellation), and to print duplicate copy of the 6-monthly Medical Examination Notification Letter for a foreign domestic worker.
The prospective or current employer of a Foreign Domestic Worker must log in to WP Online using his/her personal SingPass (Singapore Personal Access).
The SingPass is a common password belonging to an individual to transact with the Government online. It is also a common authentication tool for many Government e-Services. You are strongly advised not to disclose your personal SingPass to anyone.
Please note that if you are not the SingPass owner, you are not allowed to log in WP Online and perform Work Permit transactions on the employer's behalf.

WP Online is available from 8.00am to 10.00pm* on Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays.
*Transactions performed after 8.00pm on Mondays to Fridays or 2.00pm on Saturdays will be considered as transactions performed on the next working day.
