EP Online

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has upgraded the current EP Online to a new enhanced platform. Employers and their agents enjoy faster processing times for applications and renewals of Employment Pass and S Passes. As much as 80% of all applications are processed with seven days. Users may also check the status of their applications online. Do register for a new EP Online account now, if you have not!

 

Login to Old EP Online to check status or print records of applications submitted before 1 March 2008. Note: This service will be available till 31 August 2008.
 


Login to New EP Online. All companies, organisations or employment agencies who wish to utilise the new EP Online must register for a new account.


 

Introduction


EP Online is a one-stop portal for Companies/Organisations/Employment Agencies to perform transactions such as:
  • New application for Employment Pass (excluding Sponsorship scheme), S Pass, Dependant's Pass, Long-Term Social Visit Pass and Training Employment Pass (not applicable to Employment Agencies); 
  • Renewal application for Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependant's Pass and Long-Term Social Visit Pass;
  • Issuance of S Pass; 
  • Enquiry on application status (new and renewal application), S Pass issuance status; and 
  • Printing of application outcome letter, S Pass Issuance Notification Letter 

          *Business employers who have not applied for S Passes before are required to 
          have a company CPF Account for which Industrial Classification has been done. 



All Companies/Organisations/Employment Agencies (including old EP Online Users) who wish to utilise the new EP Online must register for a new account. Details on account registration can be found below.

Important Information



1. SingPass is required for online registration.
2. An employee should be appointed as the EP Online account Administrative User (Admin User) and his/her particulars must be provided at the point of registration.
 
3. The person who logs in to register for the EP Online account must be the appointed Admin User.
4. The Admin User must obtain authorisation from the company/organisation concerned before registering for an EP Online account.
5. Online registration is not allowed if:
·       your appointed Admin User is already an EP Online User of another company's/organisation's account; or
 
·       your company/organisation does not have an Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) registration number*; or
 
·       your company/organisation has never applied for any Employment Pass/S Pass/Training Employment Pass/Letter of Consent before.
 
  For such cases, please register for your account using the manual application forms .
 
6. Each EP Online account is allowed one Admin User and up to 4 appointed employees to access the EP Online system.
 
*For non-ACRA registered company/organisation, you can still  register online using your Company ID. Please  fax a Company ID Request Form  to (65) 6296 2086. You will be informed of your Company ID via fax or email within 7 working days upon receipt of your request.

2.  Each EP Online account is allowed one Admin User and up to four appointed employees to access the EP Online system.
Registration
1. Register onlinefor an EP Online account.
(available from 8am to 8pm on Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 2pm on Saturdays, excluding Public Holidays).
 
 
2. Submit an Application Form for Interbank GIRO if you wish to use Interbank GIRO as the mode of payment for Work Pass administrative fees*.
 
3. Registration for an EP Online account is free-of-charge.
 
 
 
 
 
  
* The processing time for Interbank GIRO application is about 4 weeks. Prior to the approval from the Bank for the Interbank GIRO account, payment for Work Pass Administrative Fees are to be made via eNETS Credit or eNETS Debit.
1. Mail the following set of documents to EP Online Account Administration, Work Pass Applications Section, Work Pass Division, Ministry of Manpower, 18 Havelock Road, Singapore 059764:  
 
a)       Application for EP Online Services Access form; and
 
b)       Declaration Form for EP Online User Agreement; and
 
c)       Application Form for Interbank GIRO, if you wish to use GIRO as the mode of payment for Work Pass administrative fees

2. Registration for an EP Online account is free-of-charge.
 
Activation of EP Online Account
 
- Immediate, for registration via online mode; or
- seven working days from the date of receipt of your application, for registration via manual application
Payment mode for Work Pass administrative fees
 
You may pay by either
 
1. Interbank GIRO; or
2. eNETS Credit/eNETS Debit
