The Internet Establishment Survey System (iESS) is an online survey submission facility launched by the Manpower Research and Statistics Department. It provides a fast, convenient and easy means of completing and returning the survey questionnaires electronically via the internet for the following establishment surveys conducted by the Department:

• Quarterly Labour Market Survey
• Survey on Annual Wage Changes

Information transmitted through the iESS is protected and secure. Companies submitting their returns online will be able to receive email alerts on the Department's releases of publications on the labour market.

Minimun Hardware Requirements

• PC with Pentium 133MHz processor (or faster)
• Minimum 32 MB RAM 
• Modem of 28.8kbps (or higher)
• Windows 2000 operating system (or higher)

Software Requirements

• Netscape Navigator (version 5.5 and above)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.5 and above)
